Do you or someone you know wish to service this unique community of McKenzie Clearwater in one of the most diverse and challenging of fire and rescue services?
Imagine training for building fires, ambulance assists, vehicle accidents, water rescue, and almost any imaginable emergency in-between.
Do you have more than just a desire to give back to your community but the willingness to learn new skills and face new challenges?
Fire and rescue is not for the meek or timid, nor those who lose control of their emotions during times of crisis. Volunteer firefighters perform hot, sweaty, dirty, strenuous work, often in uncertain and hazardous environments.
Why do they do this? Because the personal rewards and satisfaction are often beyond description.
